Your registration is not complete until payment has been received by EWTI.

The registration fee is $1500 for each participant and can be paid to EWTI via Zelle or a certified check, see details below for desired payment method. Materials may take up to 14 business days to be shipped after receiving all required registration components.

Zelle: Use the QR code or email address to submit payment via Zelle. Be sure that you send your payment to the correct account, EWTI is not responsible for Zelle payments sent to an incorrect account. (If you are not familiar with Zelle, you may want to send a test amount of $1 and contact our office at 704.504.7356 to confirm before sending full payment).

Certified Checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 29 Huntersville NC 28070. Be sure to email Info@emindwellness.com with tracking information for your check and expected delivery date.
